We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. We do ask that you bring your own bedding. WiFi, tv and other cozy amenities are supplied at no extra cost.

We are happy to welcome returning and new guests each year!! Grab your beach chair, your towel and some sunscreen and prepare to relax and let the city problems go away for your duration here. As always no extra charge for smiles and great weather!!
Before you arrive
2024 looks like it could be a great year!! The Short-Term Rental Licensing program instituted by Lambton County is still in effect, but I think as long as everyone conducts themselves the same as last year, there should be no problems if there is the odd new rule or procedure that needs to be followed,we will let you know when we bring up the contracts that need to be signed after you get settled in. As previous years, we are pet friendly, but DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES THAT THEY ARE NOT IN THE COTTAGE and we appreciate you keeping them as quiet as possible so not to disturb other guests and neighbours. Poop and scoop is paramount, as no one wants to step in that stuff!! Sandbars and Sunsets is located at 6502 West Parkway Drive, and although visiting with guests in other cottages is permitted, please respect property lines, parking (2 vehicles per cottage) and any dishes or cutlery that should happen to wander with you, needs to return to the proper cottage. Not only for inventory reasons, but for sanitary ones as well.
